I had a delightful stay, especially considering the warm hospitality and lovely room decorations for my special occasion. The early check-in was a plus, and the complimentary tea and snacks were a treat. However, I was disappointed by the room change and some service inconsistencies during my second visit, which didn't meet the usual excellence I expected.
